Peptide Companion is a personal wellness tracking application designed for individuals using GLP-1 medications, retatrutide, and other peptide protocols. The Service provides protocol and dose tracking, AI-powered observations, nutrition tracking, weight logging, community features, meal planning suggestions, and Doctor Report generation.
All AI-generated content, observations, insights, and suggestions within the app are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always verify any health-related information with a qualified healthcare professional.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getpeptidecompanion.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. All purchases are processed through Apple or Google — we do not store payment information.

The Service and its original content are owned by Peptide Companion and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting community content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content within the Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Companion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app or contacting support@getpeptidecompanion.com.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Peptide Companion only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support and is not responsible for any claims relating to the Service. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. If you downloaded from Google Play, Google is not responsible for the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
